Privacy Policy

When you request a complimentary IT audit we collect the details you enter: your first and last name, company, job title, work email address and phone number, along with the technology services you tell us you are interested in.

We also record, without asking you for it, which campaign or QR code brought you to this page, the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and the time you gave consent.

Your IP address is used briefly, while you are submitting the form, to stop it being abused by automated traffic. It is not stored with your request and is not kept afterwards.

Your details are used so that a member of Bondwell's business technology team can contact you about the audit you requested, arrange it, and understand which technology services Fiji businesses are asking for.

The launch-invitation choice is selected when the form opens. You can turn it off before submitting. If it remains selected, we will also send you an invitation to the Bondwell business launch. Asking for an audit never depends on this choice, and you can ask us to stop at any time by emailing sales@bondwell.com.fj.

Bondwell will not sell your personal information to other parties for use in their own, or anyone else's, promotional activities.

Requests from this page are stored in a Google Workspace spreadsheet held by Bondwell, accessible only to authorised Bondwell staff. Google processes and stores this data on Bondwell's behalf, which may involve servers outside Fiji.

Traffic to and from this page is encrypted in transit. This page does not take payment and never asks for card details.

We keep your request for as long as it takes to arrange and follow up your audit, and — where you opted in — to invite you to the launch. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

You have the right at any time to ask what personal information Bondwell holds about you, to have it corrected, and to ask that it be destroyed. Write to sales@bondwell.com.fj and we will action it.

This page does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It stores the campaign details described above in your browser for the length of your visit only, so that they can be submitted with your request; closing the tab clears them.

We use privacy-conscious analytics to count page visits and understand which campaigns bring people here. Your name, email address, phone number and company are never sent to any analytics service.
